The purpose of the next issue of the collection “Cultural Notes” is to analyze the interaction of cultural, power and market figures. Traditionally, the research accent within the framework of this issue is put on the problem of “artist (art institution) – power”, or on the problem of “artist (art institution) – market.” In fact, the problems and aspects of this interaction are much more complicated and diverse. An analysis of reality reveals completely different principles of the relationship between cultural, power and market figures: dialogue and cooperation, neutrality and mutual alienation; Mutual -consuming relations.
