The new monograph by the Doctor of Philological Sciences L.I. Saraskina explores modern reflection of fiction, literary criticism, actual political journalism, as well as art (cinema, theater, sculpture, poetry, TV) on the work of F. M. Dostoevsky. The focus is the multilateral influence of the writer on the modern world. At the beginning of the 20th century, a powerful intellectual tradition has developed – to judge Russia of the departed 19th century through the prism of Dostoevsky’s creative experience.
