Dmitry Petrovich Shestakov (1869-1937) during his lifetime was known as a classic philologist, translator and critic, although A.A. approved his first poetic experiments. Fet. The book with possible completeness contains its original poetic heritage, including the most significant part – the poems of 1925-1934, published only many decades after the death of the author. The publication was based on materials from the RGB and RGALI. About 200 poems are printed for the first time.
