The book is devoted to the theory and practice of speech etiquette – stable stereotypical expressions in situations of establishing and maintaining communicative contact of interlocutors. Speech etiquette permeates all cooperative communication in the consent zone, organizing the rules of speech behavior in various fields and environments, different in status, social signs and roles by communicants.
