Social factors of modernization of the Russian economy. Monograph: Auzbi Gusov

The monographs consider key methodological problems of using the social factors of the development of the material and production sector of the economy, study actual and discussion issues of improving the social sphere and its impact on the processes of modernization of the Russian economy.
A special emphasis is on the study of forms and methods of managing the socio-economic sphere of production, optimizing social and labor relations, harmonizing relations between hired workers and employers on the principles of social partnership by humanizing working conditions and life conditions in the development of social and production infrastructure.
