The publication published an illustrated official text of the Rules of the Russian Federation, approved by the Decree of the Council of Ministers -Government of the Russian Federation of October 23, 1993 No. 1090, as amended by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 12, 2012 No. 1156 “On amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation”, in force on November 24, 2012. At the end of the publication, a table of articles of the Code of Administrative Offenses is given.
