The invention of the novel of the present tense is a literary event, the meaning of which is on a par with the discovery of the perspective in painting. From the first presented novels, built on internal muggles and avant -garde factuals, to the “new novel” and the historical novels of Thomas Pincon, Claude Simon and Marseille Bayer, the very development of the present time, the conditions of a fictional narrative, contrary to its centuries -old development, together with our ideas about the time in philosophy and linguistics.
The study is devoted to the consideration of methodological issues of experimental poetics related to linguistics and philosophy of verbal time. The book is equipped with a detailed glossary of authors with an explanation of the main special terms.
