Remember, there was once a popular song “I love pasta!”? Of course, you can limit yourself to the recipe of her hero: “Pour them with a tomato, sprinkle with black pepper, mix with grated cheese, drink them with wine!” Believe me, it will be delicious. But you can go further and prepare a real Italian paste – it will become a table decoration for both two and a large company. The preparation of pasta will not require a lot of time or set of exotic products, because Italian cuisine is sometimes called the kitchen of the poor who paved the way to high society. Italian housewives gave world cooking a lot of paste and risotto recipes, the secret of which is in the correct combination of products and seasonings. Such a kitchen willingly allow improvisation, so each housewife can add something of her own to the recipe. Just do not forget about the freshest vegetables, fragrant herbs and, of course, olive oil – without them you will not feel the taste of Italy.
