Clement Efremovich Voroshilov held higher posts in the Soviet political system under I.V. Stalin. Since 1925, Voroshilov was a commissar for military and naval affairs, in 1934 – 1940 – the People’s Commissar of Defense of the USSR; One of the first he received the title of Marshal of the Soviet Union.
Voroshilov’s acquaintance with Stalin took place before the revolution, but they especially became close to the Civil War, during the defense of G. Tsaritsyn (Stalingrad). In his book K.E. Voroshilov tells how this defense took place, what role I.V. played in it Stalin.
