The book discusses the concept, key issues, theory and practical implementation of closed control systems “Nature-Technogenic” (ZSUPT), the main task of which is the minimization of pollutants in nature, a decrease in the influence or exclusion of the “human factor”. The general principles of constructing control systems “Nature-Technogenic” (Sudht), considered as automatic control systems (self-propelled guns), mathematical models of the control object, methods of analysis and synthesis of ZSUPT, are presented. The most important links of ZSUPT are examined in detail – measuring devices and treatment units, as well as hardware and software complexes implementing ZSUPT. Attention has been paid to innovative development issues, including the normative and economic justification of the project.
