Vipasana is a form of meditation that will teach you to experience the world in a completely new way. You will find out for the first time what is really happening to you, around you and inside you. This is the process of self -knowledge, an active study in which you observe your own experiences, while taking part in them. This practice should be approached with the following mood: “It doesn’t matter what they taught me. Forms about theories, prejudices and stereotypes. I want to understand the true nature of life. I want to know what it actually means to live. I want to comprehend the true and deepest qualities of life and I don’t want to just accept anyone’s explanations. I want to see everything myself”.
