The dictionary contains 5,000 Russian words and 5,000 Russian sentences, 5,000 Latvian words and 5,000 Latvian sentences, grouped in 100 various topics, including about 400 sections: car, army, architecture, airport, bank, hospital, time, geographical names, city, money, etc.
The dictionary gives the phonetic transcription of all Latvian words. At the end of the dictionary, two signs of Russian and Latvian words are given, containing numbers to those in which they meet. Alphabetical signs of all Latvian and Russian capital words make it possible to use this dictionary if necessary as a regular (bilingual) dictionary.
The dictionary can be used in the study of both the Latvian language and Russian.
It is an excellent application to any tutorial, textbook, a foreign language course.
