Revozer Daniel Rock, at the request of Count Oktobert, is investigating strange cases on the races. Some horses are clearly given doping, which, however, cannot reveal a single examination. Under the guise of a younger groom, Rock penetrates into the stable, which is connected with suspicious horses – and realizes that he got involved in a much more dangerous enterprise than at the beginning.
