Igor Alexandrovich Dedkov (1934-1994) is an outstanding Russian literary critic and publicist of the twentieth century, the author of many wonderful articles and books, including the “Diary”, published in 2005.
In the autobiographical essays 1970-1990, included in the book, a literary critic appears as a man of bold and independent thought.
