The work “I” and “it” in the work of Dostoevsky appeared in 1928 in the form of an article in the collection “Dostoevsky”. From the first pages, the author declares his methodological credo – he uses the Freudian approach primarily to identify the unconscious aspects of the writer’s work. At the same time, on the other hand, it is precisely the ability of Dostoevsky to identify the unconscious movements of the soul of P.S. Popov argues his interest in him.
