Heroes of the Motherland in the names of Moscow streets. About the heroes of the Soviet Union 1941-1991: Semen Andreev

This is the second book of the author S.A. Andreev of the project “Heroes of the Motherland in the names of Moscow streets.” It placed documentary materials about the heroes of the Soviet Union of the Great Patriotic War, whose names are immortalized in the names of streets, squares, boulevards and lanes of Moscow, as well as the heroes who were the first to conquer the stratosphere and space.
Each hero, connected by his fate with Moscow, is devoted to a biographical certificate, a literary and artistic essay and a brief certificate of the toponymic name in honor of the glorious patriot of the Fatherland.
The publication is illustrated by photographs of heroes, monuments, memorial and memorable boards installed in their honor.
The book is intended for students and teachers of educational institutions in Moscow, as well as those who are engaged in educational work with youth, to whom the sacred memory of the heroic defenders of the Fatherland is dear.
