The monograph is devoted to further improvement of the economic theory of human development, developed by specialists of UND and brought to readers in regularly published reports since 1990
The monograph proposes new theoretical and methodological approaches to the characterization of the nature of the socio-economic development of man, the growing role of the social sphere of the economy and social policy of the state, socio-labor relations and the institutional mechanism in the development of man and society as a whole is shown, the main categories of this theory and the effectiveness of social investment are revealed. Given the large role of the social sphere in human development, and also given that not all the problems of this theory are considered, we called the work “Fundamentals of the socio-economic theory of human development.”
