Fundamentals of neurolinguistic programming. Introduction to human perfection. Textbook: Sergey Kovalev

In this manual, an attempt is made to create a simple, short, but rather systematic guide to use neurolinguistic programming in its main hypostasis: as a means of psychological counseling and psychological correction (hereinafter simply PC). In this regard, only the basic models and methods of NLP were included in the allowance – basic theoretical and practical aspects of its application.
The first part of the material devoted to the methodology of neurolinguistic programming includes such the main and, so to speak, “cornerstone” theoretical models of this science as:
– the main ideas and packages of NLP; – the most important constructs of neurolinguistic programming; – rapport and calibration; – The art of speech, as well as strategies for formulating and achieving the result.
