Favorites: Boris Oleinik

This collection of selected works of the outstanding Ukrainian poet, laureate of the State Prize of the USSR and the State Prize of Ukraine, Hero of Ukraine, Academician Boris Ilyich Oleinik is released in the year of the 200th anniversary of the birth of T. G. Shevchenko. Two mighty branches of Slavic poetry fell into the wreath of memory to the great son of the Ukrainian people, whose work is holy both in Ukraine and in Russia, in the entire Slavic world.
The Favorites included both poems and poems, well known to the Russian reader, and new works, indicating the unfading talent of the poet.
