Jonathan Franzen is a popular American writer, author of numerous books and essays. His novel “Amendments” (2001) had an incredible success and won the National Book Award National Literary Prize and the James Tait Black Memorial Prize. In 2002, Franzen was nominated for the Pulitzer Prize.
