The manual was developed in accordance with the requirements for the results of mastering the basic educational program of the basic general education of the Federal State Educational Standard of basic general education and with the manual “Physical culture. Working programs. The subject line of textbooks by M. Ya. Vilensky, V.I. Lyakh. Grades 5-9” and aimed at achieving personal, meta-subject and subject results on physical education.
Particular attention is paid to classes with a sports and fitness orientation in the second half of the school day, classes in sports sections, general physical training groups, and independent classes of students.
