Dictionary of the language of Russian poetry of the twentieth century. Volume 5. N-Payats

The fifth volume of the “Dictionary of the Language of Russian Poetry of the XX Century” contains more than 7,000 vocabulary articles. The articles include poetic lines from the sources of the dictionary – works of ten outstanding poets of the Silver Age: I. Annensky, A. Akhmatova, A. Blok, S. Yesenin, M. Kuzmin, O. Mandelstam, V. Mayakovsky, B. Pasternak, V. Khlebnikov, M. Flyateeva. In articles, these lines are chronologically ordered; They make it possible to judge both the rhythm of the encirclement of the capital word, and the “growings of meaning” in it, and the history of the word in the poetic language of the era.
