I admit: like many men, I am a sweet tooth. But I do not want to think about how many calories in each cake, and suffer from remorse, a piece of cake. Therefore, I prefer delicate desserts, after which there is no sense of gravity, only – a pleasant aftertaste. Air mousse, delicate parf, a juicy pie with berries and fruits, melting in the mouth of a cream – this is a harmonious combination of exquisite taste and lightness. This is the real joy of a summer day.
Many goodies that are included in the book serve as real business cards of their countries: Tiramisu, Biscotti and Panakotta – Italy, Eclair and Klafuti – Franiya, Chizkek “New York” – USA, Strudel – Austria … A big journey can be made without leaving the kitchen.
Usually dessert is the final chord of lunch or dinner. But for me this is a small holiday that can be arranged at least every day. I wish you more such holidays!
