Private detective Matvey Kableev got involved on the street into a fight – helped the passer to fight off the bandits. Timofei Tumarkin, one of the leaders of the Transbaikal sanatorium belonging to the Ministry of Defense, turned out to be passers -by. Tumarkin told Matvey that some military are going to sell the sanatorium to the Chinese, and assign money. Local authorities are inactive, so he came to Moscow for help. And immediately, upon arrival, some criminals began to be pursued. Matvey decides to help Tumarkin.
