Konstantin Eduardovich Tsiolkovsky (1857-1935) – the world -famous Russian scientist, researcher, one of the pioneers of astronautics, supporter and propagandist of space space. Along with V. I. Vernadsky and A. L. Chizhevsky, he is the brightest representative of Russian cosmism. In this publication, the philosophical works of K. E. Tsiolkovsky about the structure of the cosmos, about the evolution of mankind and the spread of reason in the universe are included. The ideas expressed by a great scientist in these works have not yet lost their relevance.
