The collection was mainly compiled in accordance with the program of the training course of the constitutional (state) law of foreign countries taught at the Moscow State Law Academy.
The 8th edition of the collection was processed, outdated legal material is excluded and replaced by the latest. For the first time, the Lisbonsky Treaty of 2007 is published with small seizures. Entressing articles to the constitutions are corrected and supplemented.
