The monograph is devoted to the problems of evaluating the competitiveness of the state in the world weapons market and Russian positions in this segment of world trade in the conditions of changing conditions of competition.
The author considers the concept of international competitiveness of the state as a subject of foreign trade relations in the arms and military equipment market and factors affecting its formation.
In addition, the modern positions of Russia are analyzed in the context of geopolitical and commodity competitiveness, the main problems and areas of activity to increase the efficiency of Russian exports are revealed. First of all, we are talking about the restructuring of the Russian defense industry, the optimization of production cooperation as part of the defense industry of the CIS member states, the search for the possibilities of expanding the geography of supply and counteracting unfair competition from the PRC in the world arms market.
