Vladimir Vysotsky (1938-1980)-Russian Soviet poet, actor and author-performer of songs, author of prosaic works. His name is familiar to everyone. Vysotsky’s work is an invaluable contribution to the domestic culture of the 20th century. Official recognition to Vysotsky came only after death. In 1987, he was awarded the USSR State Prize.
The first volume included poems and songs written in the period from 1960 to 1966.
