Ward Litel, a lawyer working for the FBI, arrives in Dallas on the day of the murder of John Kennedy. Its task is to intervene in the course of the investigation and hide the evidence that exposes the organizers of the attempt – people associated with the mafia. In this he is helped by Pete Bondyuran, a hired killer and a drug dealer, a participant in the CIA military operations in Cuba. At the same time, the police Wayne Tedrow, looking for a Negro-Sutener, who was offered to be killed for six thousand dollars, finds himself in Dallas.
In the next five years, these three have been participants in a variety of criminal adventures, including heroine trade in Vietnam, illegal supply of American weapons to Cuba, the murder of Martin Luther King and Robert Kennedy, as well as a deal between billionaire Howard Hugues and the mafia, the subject of which was the city of Las Vegas.
