This book closes the triple design, the basis of which was laid down by the book “Architecture” (2002), and the corps was formed by “Urbanism” (M. Publishing House “Europe”, 2008). Typically, the development of territories and the problems of the development of cities are considered separately, however, this approach is more and more diverging with reality. The point is not only that more than half of humanity has been living in cities, and in the most developed countries the share of the urban population is approaching 80, or even 90%.
