Moscow judge Ivan Vorobyov sends his son for compulsory treatment to a “promoted” rehabilitation center “country without drugs”, and two weeks later he accidentally meets him on one of the streets of the capital. The judge turns to Matvey Kablev, a former special forces, and now a particular detective, and asks to find out why Vorobyov Jr. freely paces Moscow, and does not lie in a closed clinic. And he asks for this without unnecessary noise: in no case should the public find out that the son of a judge known throughout the country is a drug addict. Matvey begins the investigation and soon comes to the conclusion that a “country without drugs” is a criminal organization that has no attitude to the rehabilitation of drug addicts …
