“And the wind is returning …”- a book of memoirs of one of the most famous Soviet dissidents Vladimir Bukovsky.
The scientist, the writer and public figure spent more than ten years in specialists, prisons and camps. In 1976, the Soviet authorities exchanged him for the leader of the Chilean Communists Luis Corvan, and since then he has been living in Cambridge, England.
In the upcoming presidential election, Vladimir Bukovsky was nominated from a democratic opposition as a candidate for the post of President of Russia.
