Analysis of technology and methodology for teaching skating skiing. Training manual: Melentyeva, Rumyantseva

In the training manual, the structure of training in motor actions is disclosed, an analysis of the technique of skate moves, phase structure is represented, preparatory, basic and final movements in the work of the arms and legs, the main leading link, and the basis of technology were highlighted. The methodology of teaching all the skates, which is structured in accordance with the stages of teaching the motor action, is detailed in detail.
