The manual is designed to help in consolidating and systematizing theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the field of spelling and punctuation of the modern Russian language. It sets out the rules of modern spelling and punctuation, a variety of examples are given. The publication is accompanied by training dictations grouped on the main topics, as well as complex verification dictations. Examples and texts of dictations are taken from works of classical and modern artistic, journalistic and scientific literature. Separate dictations are compiled by the authors of the manual.
