The book contains materials from reports and messages of employees of the IP RAS and other scientific, educational, production, design institutions of the Russian Federation – participants in the scientific and practical seminar. The book contains the results of research and developments presented at four meetings of the seminar in 2010. The articles reflect the views of leading scientists on the current state of domestic engineering psychology, the problems of psychological adaptation, performance and fatigue, and correction of functional states. The materials of the round table on the topic of usability as a promising direction of engineering psychology and ergonomics are also given.
