Accounting and financial accounting – business language for managers.: Alexander Cherkai

For the first time in Russian and world practice, a detailed critical analysis of the basics of balance and accounting is given. Based on this analysis, the author developed the theory of two rows of 4 accounts unified for banking, budget, IFRS, GAAP of the USA, RAS and other types of accounting. New balance equations of separate accounting of material and legal assets and obligations were built and common for financial and all types of accounting called the business language, a linguistic model with a universal financial accounting semantic code (UFBSK Cherkaya). Parallel records of business transactions are maintained in bank and budget accounts, IFRS and RAS, demonstrating the advantages of applying the subjects of the balance. Simple understandable procedures for the transfer of classical accounts of RAS to the IFRS and Vidue account, and a general account plan for IFRS was built.
