Abkhazia and South Ossetia after recognition. Historical and modern context: Zakharov, Areshev, Semerikova

This work is the second, substantially processed and supplemented publication of the book “recognition of South Ossetia and Abkhazia: history, politics, law.” The circumstances of the entry of Georgian lands into the Russian Empire are investigated. The historical and political and legal context of the Georgian-Abkhaz and Georgian-Ossetian conflict is represented. The destructive role of the Georgian leadership and its patrons, who purposefully fought the war in South Ossetia, and after its end, hiding behind the so -called “reboot”, directly encouraging further removalization of the Caucasus. Based on specific regulatory legal acts, it is stated that the reflection of aggression and subsequent recognition by Russia of the Republic of Abkhazia and the Republic of South Ossetia have a clear international legal basis.
