In the third volume of the “complete collection of the creations of St. Ignatius”, his teachings, words and conversations are published, about which he himself said that they are a replenishment to “ascetic experiments” printed in previous volumes. Written by a vivid literary language, they are easily perceived by monks and God -loving laity.
The application gives materials characterizing the activities of Archimandrite Ignatius as Dean Monasteries of the St. Petersburg diocese. In the conclusion of Tom, an article by the current abbot of the Trinity-Sergius desert of the abbot Nikolai (Paramonov) is published, in which the author talks about dramatic ups and downs associated with the return of the monastery of the church.
