Turning his mind and soul with the holy prayer word to the Almighty, the Most Holy Theotokos or the holy saints of God, we ask them about health. Sincere repentance, with the hope of mercy of the all -around the Lord, and atonement – prayer, fasting, good to their neighbors. Holy Baptism, Confession, Holy Communion – all these means to preserve spiritual and physical health were given to man by the Lord, and the first step on this path to gain true health is the Holy Prayer.
