Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within [1-3 business days] after you receive your order confirmation email. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer several shipping options to addresses within the United States.

• Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within [5-8 business days] of shipment.
• Expedited Shipping: Typically arrives within [2-4 business days] of shipment.

Please note that all delivery times are estimates provided by our shipping carriers and are not guaranteed.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, which will contain your tracking number(s). You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website.

International Shipping

At present, InstaSearching only ships to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.

Incorrect Addresses

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. InstaSearching is not liable for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment at the customer’s expense.
