The book considers the formation and evolution of military diplomacy and military-diplomatic services of Russia and the leading states of the West. Particular attention is paid to the interaction of military diplomacy with official diplomacy, as well as their connection with the military and military-political situation, in which the diplomatic and military-diplomatic services as one of the most important means of foreign policy of states acted jointly at various stages of world history.
