A.I. Solzhenitsyn (1918-2008) – an outstanding Russian writer, Nobel Prize winner. His first story, “One Day of Ivan Denisovich,” published in 1962, brought him world fame. After the release of his book “Archipelago Gulag” (1974), Solzhenitsyn was deprived of Soviet citizenship and expelled from the country. In 1994 he returned to his homeland.
The book includes the novels “Cancer Corps” and “Adlig Schwenkitten”, all the stories and “tiny”, written by A.I. Solzhenitsyn from 1959 to 1999. The texts are attached to the extensive commentary of V.V. Radzishevsky
