2083. Chocolate and coffee are prohibited, paper is worth its weight in gold, the water is carefully dosed, New York is mired in crime and poverty. But for Ani Balanchina, a 16-year-old daughter of a criminal (and now killed) authority, life is going on as usual: classes at school, care for a brother, sister and a dying grandmother, parting with a guy and a new romantic hobby. The measured course of life breaks off the news that her ex -guy is poisoned by chocolate, which is produced by the Balanchin family. Anya becomes the main suspect. Now she has to decide, come to terms with evil machinations and endanger her family or become the head of the clan, as prescribed to her by the right to birth, and abandon her own feelings.
