Global changes lead to a deterioration in human habitat. The threatening pace of negative changes injures people, leads to mass depression and discontent, revolutions and wars. To avoid this, people must learn to be happy even in conditions of quick changes. This requires effective methods and mechanisms of self -organization and adaptation to changes. To build them, the book is investigated and developed by psychoneurophysiological models of a person as an object of management in conditions of dynamics and uncertainty. On their basis, adaptive mechanisms of self -government, interaction with other people and mastering them aimed at improving the quality of life, filling it with meaning are created.
