The collection of selected works of Alexei Solonitsyn included novels telling about the spiritual feat of the heroes of Russian history – from the princes of the XI century Boris and Gleb, the first Russian saints, to the ordinary nuns of the Samara Iversky monastery, who took the martyrdom in the century in the century.
The book contains the writer’s story “The Collection of the Dead.” She is about the death of Emperor Nicholas II and his family. Based on genuine historical facts that have recently become known, the story makes it possible to understand why the royal martyrs began to be so deeply revered in our people and why they were glorified by the Church as holy mentors.
