Our hunt has glorious and rich traditions. Since the release of the first hunting book in Russian (1766), a huge number of all kinds of instructions, manuals and reference books have been published. Many of them are hopelessly outdated and rightly forgotten.
However, the best manuals that have become hunting classics and have not reprinted for decades, and today are of considerable interest for hunters and lovers of books.
The reprint of the works of recognized luminaries of the hunting and weapons (S.A. Buturlin, N.A. Zvorykin, N.P. Pakhomova, N.N. Chelishcheva, F.A. Lyalina, etc.) will be replenished to some extent in modern hunting literature.
Of course, with the practical use of the tips of respected authors, hunters should remember that some hunting Norms and rules for the time of the first edition of the book have changed significantly.
