The work analyzes the provisions of the Housing Code of the Russian Federation and a commentary to each article is given. The authors when writing commentary proceeded from the current judicial practice, clarification of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, doctrinal judgments.
The comments give recommendations to eliminate the revealed problems of law enforcement.
Normative acts are given as of April 2, 2014.
