This book is dedicated to the phenomenon of neurotic hatred (it is sometimes called hatred “with foam on the lips”). On a vast material, primarily associated with Russian history of the 20th century, the author tried to figure out what is actually happening with people when they were covered by affective anger. Even with the most superficial study of this problem, it becomes clear that each of us spends a significant part of our life in battles with “windmills”, with shadows generated by our own fantasy.
The book is intended for a wide range of readers.
