The Wall is the first novel by the author of the “myths about Russia” and “War” by Vladimir Medinsky. The reader will learn familiar topics, but now they come to life in an adventurous plot.
Medinsky revives the genre, which was almost not promoted by us … “Three Musketeers” – this is France at the beginning of the 17th century. The whole world knows this legend. Medinsky took the same era, only from us, in Russia (this is just Troubles) and wrote an adventure novel.

If for the great French novelist she was a nail on which he hung his picture, then for Medinsky, on the contrary: the whole picture is a story, and inventions – from the strength of a clove and a frame, because our Russian history gives such fantastic plots that it is not necessary to invent anything. The novel “Wall” is the Russian Umberto Eco and partly our Orthodox Dan Brown.
On the cover is the wall of the preserved fortress, around which the whole action takes place …
