Typical instruction was enforced from January 1, 1996
Typical instruction establishes the procedure for operating air transmission lines with a voltage of 35-800 kV of alternating and direct current, as well as acceptance into operation of newly constructed overhead lines.
This typical instruction is a processing of “Typical instructions for the operation of air transmission lines with a voltage of 35-800 kV” (Part 1 and 2) (M.: SPO Soyuztechnergo, 1983). When processing a standard instruction, guidelines for the operation of VL VL are taken into account 35-800 kV, which were published over 1983-1993. And comments on energy systems on this standard instruction.
The instruction is intended for the heads of energy management (associations), enterprises (districts, plots) of electric networks, as well as engineering personnel, electricians, duty personnel and dispatchers.
